

Lisa Randerson
MSE, LPC, SAC
Lisa J. Randerson, MSE, LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), SAC (Substance Abuse Counselor), is a compassionate counselor with a strength-based therapeutic approach to bringing about insight and growth. Clients seem to love Lisa’s supportive, but challenging solution-focused care.
Lisa specializes in working with clients with trauma related concerns, marriage and couples, women’s health, adolescent behavioral issues, as well as pre-teen, teen and adults with mood, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Lisa has over 16 years of experience counseling others, and she is passionate about both challenging and supporting her clients in their life’s journey.
Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and her Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology with an adolescent specialization from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed an internship at the Christine Anne Center for Domestic Abuse (Oshkosh) and Rush Behavioral Health (Chicago). Lisa is a member of the American Counseling Association and has worked in the Fox Valley for over 15 years.
Nikolaus Werner, Psy.D.

Dr. Werner is a practitioner of trauma therapy and treats individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. He specializes in dual-diagnosis treatment and integrates addictions therapy with treatment for psychological disorders. He is sensitive to individuals of all backgrounds and faiths and believes that faith can be an integral component of therapy if the patient so desires.
In addition to treating depression and anxiety disorders, adjusting to life’s changes and emergent stressors and areas of personal growth, Dr. Werner also provides comprehensive psychological evaluations.
On a personal note, Dr. Nik and his family live in the Fox Valley. He enjoys rock climbing, biking, meditation, yoga, windsurfing and disc golf. When he is able, he fishes for whatever is biting, continuing a family tradition while, at the same time, satisfying his sons’ enthusiastic avarice for the sport.




Gloria Allhiser
Gloria has been providing mental health care and counseling in the Fox Valley since 2018, and has over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. She works with children, adolescents, and adults addressing a variety of issues, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, relationships, marriage, trauma, parenting, emotional/mood dysregulation, and more. Her compassionate approach honors the natural instinct of the mind and body to adapt and overcome.
She has a particular passion for helping clients heal from spiritual or religious trauma and other experiences that leave us feeling stuck.
Gloria is licensed in the state of Wisconsin and is a member of the American Counseling Association. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies from St. Norbert College in 2004 and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lakeland University in 2014. She is passionate about continuing to learn and expand her knowledge and understanding of the human experience and what help us heal and thrive.
Faye Bader
MA, LPC-IT

Faye is passionate about helping clients work through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment, and more. Having worked in healthcare as a registered nurse for over twenty years, she has a strong passion for helping others overcome difficulties of all kinds. She works with clients of all ages, couples, and families, using an integrative approach to help clients gain insight into their own story and choose how to write their next chapter.
Faye is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and treats children and adults with a variety of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression symptoms using this technique.
Faye received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling in May of 2025 and holds a bachelor’s degree in religion and Christian counseling, both through Liberty University. She also has volunteering experience as a lay counselor, discipleship leader, and youth leader.
Faye is currently an LPC-IT and is able to take a few insurances. Due to the limited ability to accept some insurance plans at this time, Faye sees clients for a flat self-pay rate of $75 per session.
